ECO TOTE BAGS
In 2020 some of Amy's prints were developed from Second Year projects into tote bags to sell to fund materials and expenses for final year. They were digitally printed using an eco-friendly printing process on eco-certified cotton. This printing process uses considerably less chemicals and water. The tote bags were also all constructed by Amy Kerr.
Collection One : Bubble Totes
This collection of tote bags comprises of 4 different designs inspired by the theme of "the futurist" a project completed in 2nd year while in NCAD. Bubbles, water, flow, movement and organic forms and shapes also inspired this project.
Collection Two : Planet or Plastic
This collection of tote bags comprises of one design inspired by the theme of "Planet or Plastic" a project completed in 2nd year while in NCAD. This bag is to help promote and provoke change and conversation around plastic use and waste. Made to order at the time to reduce waste material and over production, printed on eco-certified cotton and the perfect bag to replace single use plastic ones for your shopping!
Collection Three : Collaboration with Creed Coffee Roasters
This collection of tote bags was a collaboration with Creed Coffee Roasters to create sustainable coffee themed tote bags. Inspired by coffee beans, cup stains and the steam from frothing the milk and also printed on eco-certified cotton. There are also a few with Creeds sister brand Barista Love's.
